They said she is making vast improvements and maturing. still has her
issues, but she is dealing with them better.
It does help that she is a child definitely capable of articulating
her emotions, and if she can learn to catch herself before she gets
stuck, she can express herself constructively and work on it. and
she's been doing that more often.
She also is helping another girl in the resource room, and it's quite
wonderful, as her chance to help the little girl depends on her
getting her work done (big incentive for getting work done - and it
makes me so proud that this is an incentive for her) and it also helps
her realize that others may be affected by her reactions.
